I picked up the Airlock Wine Preserver to keep open bottles from going flat overnight. The pump is easy to use: insert a stopper, pump out the air, and watch the red indicator drop to show it's sealed. It comes with two stoppers, which is handy when I have more than one bottle open. Compared to a plain stopper, wine does seem to stay fresher a bit longer. Just remember it's hand wash only. Overall a simple, useful tool for anyone who doesn't finish a bottle in one sitting.
